    This chapter about all kind of networking stuff is the biggest one in the
    guide. Finally is Linux specialized in this categorie.
    You will find here software for setting up several services, servers and
    the client side for most of them.
    
    apache		- _the_ http server
    samba		- server and client for Windows SMB networks
    squid		- a http proxy server
    dhcp		- Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol server
    lrzsz		- X/Y/Z-Modem tools, used on older BBS servers
    minicom		- a terminal program
    mtr			- Matt's TraceRoute: traceroute + ping in one
    ncftp		- an advanced console ftp client with several features
    net-tools		- neccassary tools to setup a network

    nfs-server, 
    nfs-utils		- NFS server-side tools. NFS-utils contains the newer

    portmap		- RPC portmaper needed for NFS and NIS (YP)
    ppp			- PPP server and client, needed for internet
    bind		- the official DNS server
    bsd-finger		- a finger daemon and client
    gtm			- GNOME Transfer Manager, GetRight-like tool
    openssh		- a free Secure Shell re-implementation
    traceroute		- prints the route packages take to network host
    whois		- queries the NIC for owners of IPs, hosts and networks
    wu-ftpd		- FTP server daemon
