Although our installation and setup procedure configures several services on
your system, we can not guarantee the correctness of all settings or even
provide support for unusual system configurations. For this reason we
recommend you to check and configure at least the following files to satisfy
your needs.

/etc/conf/bootdown system behavior at boot time
/etc/conf/clock special clock settings
/etc/conf/devfs compatibility sym-links for devfs
/etc/conf/gpm mouse configuration
/etc/conf/isdn ISDN related settings (if file exists)
/etc/conf/kernel load kernel modules and setup them
/etc/conf/keyboard optional keyboard settings
/etc/conf/network setup your network and interfaces
/etc/conf/profile setup prompt, variables, aliases, etc. ...
/etc/fstab mountpoints and used devices
/etc/devfsd.conf actions related to the devfs daemon
/etc/modules.conf module options and aliases for auto-loading
/etc/X11/XF86Config XFree86 config file

We also propose you to create a default user on your system and log in as root
as minimal as possible.
