This architecture only comes with pre-built root filesystem
images (root-disk-big.img and root-disk-small.img).

The "big" image might not fit on a floppy disk - the "small" image
dosn't contain any network or modules support ...

If you really _need_ network support and the "big" Image is too big
for a floppy, you can copy the missing libs and binaries on another
floppy and mount it when the system is running.

You need to create a boot disk by hand and (cross-)build your
kernel manually. You may find more information at the ROCK Linux
Homepage (www.rocklinux.org) or in other files which come with
ROCK Linux.
